The General Management of this blog regrets to inform its dear readers that we executed Mizez Slocombe via poisonous pixel injection earlier this morning. While we are grateful to Slo for her 5 years of service as an AOL username, a moniker on message boards, and a faithful correspondent in the blogosphere for the past two years; we were left with no choice but to perform this difficult action for the following reasons:
1) Mizez Slocombe, a character derivative of a British shop-girl whose hair had Multiple Personality Disorder, is no longer an accurate representative of the General Management.
2) Mizez Slocombe's been a prolific participant on some internet message boards, and the General Management has no time for the resultant nut-jobs covered in Cheeto™ residue living in their parent's basement and their barrage of ad hominem attacks.
3) It is the General Management's view that 95% of blogs without some sort of multimedia content are obsolete adventures in pure self-absorption, and our dearly departed Mizez Slocombe unfortunately does not fit the profile for audiovisual content.
Rest in peace, Mizez Slo. We will gladly and gratefully keep Mizez Slocombe's work-to-date available on the internet in perpetuity, and ask that you e-mail us with any questions. The General Management looks forward to launching a more timely media offering in the immediate future.
